Cotton Booty May Review

One of my favorite things is subscription services. There's nothing like walking onto our porch and seeing one of those little boxes filled with goodies for me and my little padawan. I almost never get boxes for myself. For some reason I find it so much more exciting to buy boxes for our little jedi-in-training. He's a little too young to actually appreciate them, but we've gotten some great use out of products from our boxes already.

I also love box reviews. I'm a frequent stalker of My Subscription Addiction. So when I saw this post, I knew I had to try Cotton Booty. Cotton Booty is a subscription service that promises "The best fluff every month"! The website boasts top rated diapers in every box and the opportunity to try new brands we're all sure to love. Currently you can buy one, three, six or 12 months. A one month subscription will set you back $24.99. A one year subscription costs $239.99. That's (just ten cents over) $19.99 a month. Shipping is included in all the subscription packages.

May was Cotton Booty's first month and I'm very happy to say that the box lived up to my expectations. We received our box only four days after it shipped. Our little boy box was stocked with a bumGenius  Freetime diaper in the Albert print, a pair of BabyLegs legwarmers in Comet and a half ounce sample of CJ's Butt Butter in Mango, Sugar & Mint.

Our bumGenius diaper hasn't been tested yet. Our padawan has been a little sick and we've been on disposables. Overall, the Freetime has pretty good reviews. The print is adorable and goes well with our space/science themed nursery! One of these diapers alone is $19.95 on Amazon. That's already the bulk of the cost of one months box.

Once washed, these guys were instantly put to use. They are adorable! They are warm! They hold socks on tiny little baby feet like it's their job! These one-size-fits-all, sock locking miracles are $12.99 on Amazon. I like them so much, I might buy a few more pairs.

The CJ's Butt butter smells amazing. I think it's a bit more on the mango side... But that's perfect for me. I haven't  even used it on my little guys bum yet. I've been using it on my own hands. It's an awesome moisturizer! It'a all natural and cloth diaper friendly. The half ounce size is $1.50 on the CJ's website.

The box is worth around 34 dollars and filled with great products that we'll actually get some use out of. I'm one happy mama!
